    The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for identifying and delivering against areas that allow the selling organization to operate effectively and efficiently. This position will be accountable for establishing and implementing the CROSSMARK Way in strategy, process and business tools. The Sales Operations Manager will also develop a comprehensive business development plan to include functional specifications for the product, ROI analysis, insights generation, sample distribution, retail integration budget and resource planning. Additional functions include planning, executing and evaluating sales performance and budget ownership and management.


    • Manage budget to deliver against goals.
    • Develop Strategic Planning process and lead implementation with key stakeholders.
    • Subject matter expert on all sales process and functions within the sales organization.
    • Functional owner for onboarding new clients and customers within the organization.
    • Ensure systems are updated and maintained according to company standards. This includes CVP, Sales Force etc.
    • Develop pricing strategy and analytics for trade promotion spend (post promo analytics).
    • Lead pricing execution for clients and customers by serving as the escalation point to the Order To Cash function including new item process compliance.
    • Develop client and customer facing presentations as needed and develop and maintain standard sales presentation library.
    • Support and facilitate billing with the sales team and billing team by ensuring commission accruals are accurate.
    • Manage the retail process for commission clients. Be the liaison between the HQ team and Retail team and manage the associated retail budget.
    • Produce sales reports with trend data as needed for customer and client planning.
    • Create and deliver process training to ensure sales team is informed and in compliance as appropriate.

    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of finance, analytics or sales operations experience in a CPG environment.


    Working Conditions: Office environment.


    Language Skills:  English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
