The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for identifying and delivering against areas that allow the selling organization to operate effectively and efficiently. This position will be accountable for establishing and implementing the CROSSMARK Way in strategy, process and business tools. The Sales Operations Manager will also develop a comprehensive business development plan to include functional specifications for the product, ROI analysis, insights generation, sample distribution, retail integration budget and resource planning. Additional functions include planning, executing and evaluating sales performance and budget ownership and management.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of finance, analytics or sales operations experience in a CPG environment.
