You will work closely with our tight-knit team (tighter than a hipster’s skinny jeans) to translate clients’ needs into projects that Field Agents execute. You will write project instructions clearly and concisely and track the progression of projects from start to finish. At the conclusion of each project, you will generate reports via Excel and present findings using PowerPoint. Some light housekeeping will be required for said reports. Real talk though, Microsoft Excel is going to be your bread and butter.

In a nutshell, the essential duties and responsibilities for a CROSSMARK OPERATIONS COORDINATOR are:

  • Coordinating with internal resources and external vendors.
  • Interpreting the client’s needs for Field Agents to carry out.
  • Ensuring that all projects are audited and delivered on-time.
  • Tracking project status and reporting overall project execution.

This position is not limited to the above duties and responsibilities as the only tasks that may be performed. You will be expected to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as directed by management whenever possible.


Am I qualified to be an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR?

  • High school graduate; four year college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective at developing and maintaining working relationships across teams.
  • Ability to manage time by prioritizing demands under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.
  • In-store retail experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel about 1% of the time – mostly local with no overnight stays.
  • Performance Metrics: Scorecard metrics for project loading, QA, and invoicing.
  • Physical Demand: Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities in an office environment.
  • Specialized knowledge, licenses, etc: None
  • Working in office environment
  • Language Skills: English is the primary language skill.
