We are seeking a seasoned manager or senior level analytical professional who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of a few key clients as well as help build out a platform for loyalty card analytics. This position requires hands on work conducting analysis, managing projects and manipulating data. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI), Homescan panel data, Spectra and retailer loyalty card data. Additionally, the ideal candidate would have experience with Category Management/Business Insights/Shopper Insights interfacing with retailers and/or manufacturers. This position can be based in Plano, Texas or Deerfield, Illinois
Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of five (5) years experience in consumer packaged goods, or similar field, performing similar or substantially similar functions, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Superior knowledge of consultative and analytical techniques and concepts is required.
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other software applications as defined by need and assignment of position. Working knowledge of syndicated data analysis tools.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work environment: Office environment with some travel.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
