The Recruiting Manager is responsible for management of the recruiting team members, our external partners, partnering with recruiting-leadership to achieve Recruiting, Human Resources, and CROSSMARK goals as set by senior leadership. This position is also responsible for promoting strong communication and positive relationships during the onboarding process creating a positive experience for the candidate

Education: High School graduate or equivalent is required. Some college preferred 4-Year College degree preferred
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruiting and/or operations knowledge that includes experience with an -applicant tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and other recruitment techniques.
Physical Demands: Frequent sitting, typing and use of the telephone are required.
Specialized Knowledge, License, etc: PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes.
Working Conditions: Corporate office environment is primary work location.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
