This position will generate data-driven insights that are distributed organization wide and used to evaluate staffing and a demand planning process. This person will also own and manage several small projects included but not limited to monitoring hiring processes and maintaining department reporting.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Minimum 2 years of experience in TA Operations is highly preferred; global experience is preferred
Other Functions: Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools; Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required; Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Brass Ring, iCIMs); Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel) is required; Superior knowledge and use of Microsoft applications; Knowledge of other software applications as defined by need and assignment of position; Knowledge of ATS systems preferred.
