Overview

This position will generate data-driven insights that are distributed organization wide and used to evaluate staffing and a demand planning process. This person will also own and manage several small projects included but not limited to monitoring hiring processes and maintaining department reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the short and long term transition plans for the TA Operations teams operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall TA execution and delivery
  • Pull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholders (i.e., HRBP, Recruiters, etc.)
  • Assist with vendor partnerships to create and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and obtain data to support recruitment activities
  • Support system and process optimization sessions with vendors
  • Partner with the HR Reporting to design comprehensive reporting and metrics that provide timely and valuable information for the team
  • Assist with HR Operations team partnerships on potential updates needed to current reporting as systems/tools are being enhanced and upgraded
  • Develop and standardize a set of reports and tolls which effectively captures score carding metrics and recruiting production
  • Work cross-functionally with social media partners to develop analytical reporting to show ROI
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Minimum 2 years of experience in TA Operations is highly preferred; global experience is preferred

 

Other Functions: Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools; Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required; Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Brass Ring, iCIMs); Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel) is required; Superior knowledge and use of Microsoft applications; Knowledge of other software applications as defined by need and assignment of position; Knowledge of ATS systems preferred.

Work environment:  Office environment.

 

Physical Demands: Office related – sitting, typing, talking, answering phones, etc.

 

Language Skills:  English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
